Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before sending any items back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are 3D printed to order, certain items cannot be returned, including:

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times vary by bank or credit card provider.
